Alessandra is a partner at UpHill Capital Humano and leads projects for the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure segments for more than 15 years.

In 2007, she began her career in Executive Search in a national consultancy and later served as Vice President in an Executive Search consultancy for three years, responsible for the practice of Oil and Gas.

Drawing on solid knowledge acquired in the Oil & Gas segment, Alessandra founded UpHill in 2012, an executive search boutique in Rio.

Alessandra began her career in the area of entrepreneurship at the PUC-Rio Incubator and worked in Pipeline Inspection. She continued her career as a management consultant, providing services to the Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals and Oil & Gas sectors. She was the Base Manager of an offshore construction and assembly company in Macaé and was a teacher in Engineering and Administration courses.

She holds a bachelor degree in Civil and Production Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio.
