Alide Flores Urich is an associate of LAG based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Alide served as consultant for the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington D.C, as a local attaché for Embassy of Azerbaijan in Mexico and as a project manager for several non-profit organizations across Latin America and abroad. These experiences helped her to learn how to navigate different cultural contexts and politically sensitive issues with ease and skill and strength her commitment to facilitate international cooperation between Latin America and Arab world.

Mrs. Flores is a regular contributor to Raia Diplomatica, one of the most important newsletters on economic and business diplomacy in Iberoamerican region.

Ms. Flores holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City, Mexico) and a Master’s in International Relations at IE University (Madrid, Spain).

She is fluent in English and Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in French and Arabic.
