Lívia Maria Noguera is an expert in international cooperation with more than 20 years of experience as an international aid programs manager.
Her expertise lies in effective management and integration of all aspects involved in international cooperation programs, such as fundraising, planning, implementation, delivery and monitoring and evaluation.
Mr. Noguera was a Deputy Director of Governance Program at Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development Office in Brazil (AECID Brasil). He also served as an ah doc project manager and senior advisor for United Nations (UNDP and UNDEF), Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Germany), Fundación Carolina and Fundación para la la Superación de la Pobreza (Spain) and ABRINQ Foundation (Brasil).
In these capacities, Mrs. Noguera has been responsible for more than 30 projects focusing on democratic governance and local business development performed in more than 15 countries around the globe.
Mrs. Noguera holds a PhD in International Development at Complutense University (Madrid, Spain), a Master’s degree in Project Management at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Santiago, Chile) and Ba. in History from University of Brasília (Brasília, Brazil) She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and has a professional knowledge of French.
Born and raised in Brasilia, Brazil, Mrs. Noguera lives in Geneva, Switzerland.
