Roberta Moreno is a founder-partner of “The Strategy” – a governmental relations boutique-style firm based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Roberta built an extensive career dedicated to politics one of the key instruments that honed her skills, provided insights into government policy, and on the ground experience in a range of business and political environments.

For several years she worked as a strategist at the Green Party, where she had the opportunity to participate in various election campaigns, such as: Marina Silva, for the Presidency (Brazil – 2010), Ricardo Young for the Senate (Sao Paulo – 2010).

From 2012 to 2017 she advocated for sustainability and supported the development of political leadership at Political Action Network for Sustainability, a non-partisan civil society organization that aims to identify, select, train (on policy, on politics and on the sustainability agenda) and monitor the future best Brazilian politicians.

In 2017, Roberta was founder and partner of Intelligence Bureau, a consulting firm that provides political and policy analyses. Recently she founded “The Strategy”, a governmental relations firm specialized in Behavioral Analytics, which applies behavioral science insights and data analytics to solve business challenges.
She holds a master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development in Latin America from the University Rey Juan Carlos. Moreover, she is specialized in «Management of Election Campaigns» from IESE Business School and “Driving Government Performance” from Harvard Kennedy School.
